Check opening and acceptance separately
Ask whether the florist is accepting orders for your exact date, what flowers are available, and which delivery windows can be confirmed. Then check that the recipient's building or venue can accept the bouquet at that time.

Confirm the route with the destination

Decide what can change

If the flowers are for a family gathering, ask the host whether delivery on an earlier day would be welcome and whether someone can care for them. Moving the date should be an agreed choice, not an assumption that any early delivery is better.
