Do they have to be red roses?
No. Red is the default because most people ask for it; tell us on LINE or WhatsApp if you want another colour and we will build around that.
What should the card say?
Whatever you dictate, in your words, handwritten. If you want it unsigned, say so; we will not add anything.
Can I add more than one gift?
Yes. Choose the tier on the bundle page and list anything else in the order message; we will price it as one order.
What is the jewellery made of, and is it hypoallergenic?
Ask us on LINE or WhatsApp, naming the piece. We confirm the material in writing before you pay and we do not describe a piece as gold, silver or hypoallergenic unless we have verified it.
