Everything people ask before they order
Cutoffs, delivery, the freshness promise, wards and temples, payment and substitution. If it is not here, message us on LINE.
How late can I order for same-day delivery?
We deliver on your requested day, including same-day delivery for orders by 9 pm. Share your address and delivery date on LINE so we can confirm the order details.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is ฿120 within our Bangkok BTS/MRT service area, free for orders of ฿1,500 or more. Send the address to confirm coverage and the total before payment.
What is the seven-day freshness promise?
Our seven-day freshness promise: if a stem wilts within seven days of delivery, we replace the bouquet. Send a photo and your order details on LINE.
Can I send flowers to a hospital?
Yes — ask for The White Room or tell us it is going to a ward. Many Bangkok hospitals refuse strongly scented or high-pollen flowers, so we build those orders unscented and low-pollen by default.
Do you deliver anonymously?
Yes. We will write the card exactly as you dictate it, including leaving it unsigned, and our courier will not name the sender if asked. We will still send you the delivery photo.
Can I pause a subscription while I travel?
One tap, until 8 pm the night before a delivery. Pause, skip a single week, or change the size — none of it costs anything and none of it resets your subscriber discount.
How do you actually price a bouquet?
Review the flowers, size and price on the bouquet page. For a specific flower request, message our team before ordering.
Which payment methods do you take?
Ask our team to confirm payment options and any billing documents you need before payment.
