The White Room is the arrangement we send to condolences: all white, no scent to speak of, deliberately low pollen, with structural olive foliage instead of filler greens. Hospitals often refuse strongly scented flowers and that is the one that gets through the door, which makes it the default for a sick room or a quiet house as well.

Order before 9 pm, any day of the week, and it goes out the same day. After that it goes next morning; if the timing matters tonight, message us on LINE and we will tell you whether we can make it rather than taking the money and hoping.
Written by hand at the studio, in ink, exactly as you dictate it — including leaving it unsigned. If you do not know what to write, say so and we will keep it to the plainest version.

What should I send?
White and cream, usually, and less of it than you think. The 12 designs above are the ones we tag for sympathy; the smallest of them is ฿2,199. If you are not sure, tell us on LINE who it is for and we will suggest one and stop there.
Can it be delivered today?
Yes, if you order before 9 pm. We deliver seven days a week, including public holidays.
Can I send it without my name on it?
Yes. We write the card exactly as you dictate, including unsigned, and the courier will not name the sender if asked. You still get the delivery photo.
Can you deliver to a temple or a funeral?
We deliver to the address and the time you give us. Tell us the venue, the hall or room if there is one, and a phone number for someone who will be there — a temple is not a reception desk, and the courier needs a person to hand it to.
Is a bouquet the right thing to send at all?
Sometimes it is not, and we will say so. If flowers are not appropriate for the family or the setting, tell us what you know and we will tell you honestly whether to send something, send it later, or send nothing.
