Ordering terms
The details to check when ordering flowers from our Bangkok studio.
Placing an order
Choose a bouquet or send us your preferred flowers, palette, budget, recipient address and delivery date on LINE or WhatsApp. Review availability, the bouquet details, payment instructions and the total with our team before paying.
Flowers and images
We source flowers from private Thai farms and imports. Flower varieties and availability vary; message us to discuss the flowers for your order. The generated lifestyle images on our site are illustrative styling ideas, not customer submissions or evidence of completed deliveries. Flowers naturally vary in shade and shape. Discuss any essential flower, colour or wrapping requirements before ordering.
Price and delivery
Delivery is ฿120 within our Bangkok BTS/MRT service area, free for orders of ฿1,500 or more. Send the address to confirm coverage and the total before payment.
Delivery on your requested day
We deliver on the day you request, including same-day delivery. Share your address and requested date in chat when ordering. An exact clock time is not guaranteed.
Returns and order support
Flowers are perishable, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights, help with wrong, damaged or undelivered orders, or our seven-day freshness replacement promise. Contact us in your order conversation with details of any problem.
