Keeping it alive

Two centimetres off each stem, at an angle, with a knife rather than scissors. Scissors crush the channel the water travels up.
Cool water, clean vase
Cool, not cold, and a vase that has been washed. Most bouquets die of bacteria long before they die of age.
Away from sun and air-con
Direct Bangkok sun will cook a bouquet in an afternoon, and an air-con vent will dry it out just as fast from the other direction.
Change the water every second day
Two minutes, every other day, and a good bouquet will comfortably outlast our seven-day promise.

How late can I order for same-day delivery?
9 pm, Bangkok time, seven days a week. Order any time before then and it goes out the same day. After 9 pm we will still try — message us on LINE and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it rather than taking the money and hoping.
What does delivery cost?
฿120 flat anywhere inside the BTS and MRT network, and free on any order over ฿1,500 or on any subscription — which covers most bouquets we make. Outside the network we quote before you pay, usually ฿250–400.
What is the seven-day freshness promise?
If any stem in your bouquet wilts within seven days of delivery, we replace the entire bouquet, not the stem. Send one photo on LINE. There is no form and nobody will ask you what temperature your room was.
Can I send flowers to a hospital?
Yes — ask for The White Room or tell us it is going to a ward. Many Bangkok hospitals refuse strongly scented or high-pollen flowers, so we build those orders unscented and low-pollen by default.
Do you deliver anonymously?
Yes. We will write the card exactly as you dictate it, including leaving it unsigned, and our courier will not name the sender if asked. We will still send you the delivery photo.
Can I pause a subscription while I travel?
One tap, until 8 pm the night before a delivery. Pause, skip a single week, or change the size — none of it costs anything and none of it resets your subscriber discount.
How do you actually price a bouquet?
By stem count and stem cost, not by how big the wrapping looks. Every bouquet ships with a composition card listing each variety, the count and the farm it came from, so you can check what you paid for.
Which payment methods do you take?
PromptPay, bank transfer, and card on delivery. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with VAT, net 30.
